Who here does meditation or yoga? And what time of day do you do this? Do you find it helps with your day to day life?

I do guided meditation and I've found it helpful for my anxiety. I usually listen to it just as I'm about to go to sleep.

I love yoga! So relaxing! I'm also a fan of pilates.

I love yoga, I find it really good for when I'm stressed or when I've got back pains. Its very relaxing for me and it helps me to let go.

Been doing yoga for awhile, my aunt is an instructor so I get free classes haha. So far so good
