I need to lose those last 35lbs. to reach my weight loss goal and I was just wondering if any one has any good tips. I already do 1 1/2 hours of hard cardio on a 10 incline at 4-4.8mph. and do three hundred squats every day. I also watch my food intake an diet, but does anyone know any exercises or workouts that can boost my metabolism and variate what I am doing to kick it up a notch? I have the motivation but I am getting frustrated! I could REALLY use the help of the amazing and inspiring people from this board. I would LOVE some exercise tips to kick it in to high gear Also, any inner thigh and outer/back thigh workout/strength training would be AMAZING!
